We’re a young and growing organization — and we need committed Board members and volunteers in every Unitarian Universalist organization to help us build capacity so congregations can work together, rather than doing this vital work alone, in a constant unsustainable cycle.
Our goal is to build accountable, sustainable networks across Wisconsin among Unitarian Universalist congregations and organizations that center love in their values — within congregations, across multi-faith and secular partnerships, and with regional and national UU resources. We do this by partnering with Side With Love, the organizing strategy team of the Unitarian Universalist Association, to harness the power of love and confront oppression, building a world where all people can thrive. Through organizing, leadership development, political education, and collective action, we equip Unitarian Universalists and aligned communities to take spiritually grounded, justice-driven action in this decisive moment.
If you want to do something, WUUSAN is your opportunity. We need your energy, ideas and spark. We are looking for people to do everything from write postcards, make calls, attend community meetings and represent us. We are also looking for Board and Committee Members to serve, one, two and three year terms. Contact us.
